Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped it cannot be canceled or modified.

Please note that after placing an order with Amoré Beauty you are agreeing to our terms and policies.

Return & Exchange Policy

To ensure you have the best possible experience, we accept exchanges for any products that are unopened or unused. To begin an exchange, you must email contact@shop-amorebeauty.com within 14 days of receiving your order. All item(s) must be in their original packaging. Please include the reason for your exchange as well as your original order number in the email.​

Wrong Item

If you received the wrong item, please contact us via email at contact@shop-amorebeauty.com within 3 days of the delivery date and include the following:

• Recipient first and last name, order number, and a screenshot of your order summary.

• A photo or video of the item received.

Sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
